The new Sole Runner Metis is a super summer barefoot shoe. Wether you wear it casual or when with a summer business dress. You have always the right barefoot shoe.

The Modell Metis has a wide cut and enough space in the toe box that your toes can work proper.
The out sole is approx. 2,5mm and give you almost a direct contact to the ground. It feels like you walk on your own feet.

Upper: canvas, water-repellent                                                     
Closure: Functional closure: single-pull lacing system
Shape: wide at front. The toes have lots of room to move around.

Outer sole: 2,5 mm rubber, non-marking. Allows as direct a contact to the ground as possible. Almost like walking just on the soles of your own feet.

The 'transparent film' which may be slightly visible on the sole is silicone and not adhesive residue.
IMPORTANT: Even though this is a shoe, you should tread with the mid foot, like when you're walking barefoot.
