A fresh off-white take on the mtng. Free Alask, softened with nude-toned details for an easy everyday look. The spacious toe box, flat flexible sole and two removable insoles support natural movement while allowing a gentler transition into barefoot footwear.

Two removable insoles

Use the transition insole when moving gradually from conventional footwear, or choose the completely flat thermal insole for a zero-drop feel and extra insulation during cooler days.

Designed for natural movement

The mtng. Free range was developed in collaboration with sports traumatologist Dr Juanjo López. Its foot-shaped front, flat base and flexible construction are designed to reduce restriction during everyday walking.

Fit & sizing

The anatomical front provides useful toe space, while the lace fastening helps adjust the shoe over the instep. Measure both feet before ordering and select the size according to the larger foot.

Remove loose dirt with a soft brush and clean remaining marks with a slightly damp cloth. Apply a protector suitable for mixed textile and synthetic materials. Do not machine wash or dry beside a radiator or another direct heat source.
