The mtng. Free Alask brings the attitude of a black biker boot to a foot-shaped design. Two metal buckles give it a strong urban look, while the side zip means they do not need adjusting every time you put the boots on. Inside, a soft textile lining and warm zero-drop insole make this a practical option from autumn into a mild city winter.

Biker style without the tapered toe

Conventional buckle boots often narrow sharply at the front. This model keeps the recognisable mid-cut silhouette but uses a wide anatomical toe box, a completely flat base and a flexible rubber outsole, giving the toes more room and allowing the shoe to move more readily with the foot.

Fit & sizing

Best suited to regular-width and slightly wider feet, with a regular or higher instep. The roomy anatomical front gives the toes space to spread. Compare both the internal length and width with your larger foot.
