Joma 1448 Lady Maroon is for anyone who wants barefoot space without the appearance of a technical running shoe. The maroon nubuck has a soft, velvety finish that works with denim, tailored trousers and simple dresses, while the anatomical front and thin flexible outsole retain the model’s barefoot foundation.

Two underfoot setups in one city sneaker

Without the transition insole, the shoe is completely flat and sits on a 4 mm rubber outsole. The supplied removable insole adds a 5 mm drop, providing another configuration for wearers moving away from conventional raised footwear. The regular-width upper is adjusted with laces rather than relying on stretch.

Fit & sizing

Suitable for regular-width feet. The laces adjust the hold around the foot and the anatomical toe box gives the toes space at the front. Use both internal length and internal width when choosing a size.

Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between individual pairs. Measure both feet and choose according to the longer and wider one. Add suitable extra room for your intended use.

Construction: Roomy anatomical toe box and 0 mm drop without the transition insole.

Brush off dry dirt with a soft nubuck brush. For deeper cleaning, use a product intended for nubuck and test it on a discreet area first; apply suitable protection after the upper has dried. Do not machine wash, soak or dry near direct heat. Remove the insoles and dry them separately.
